Only 2.6 miles from the beach, this beautifully renovated house offers 2 full bedrooms that includes 3 queen beds, 2 fully remodeled bathrooms, a queen premium sleeper sofa in the living room, a full sized futon in the game room with 8 inch thick deluxe mattress, an updated coastal kitchen with island seating, and a backyard oasis perfect for relaxation. With all the comforts of a home, this house includes linens, towels, blankets, a washer-dryer, flat screen smart tv's in bedrooms & living room, high-speed WIFI,The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, blender, and all pots & pans. The house has a beautiful pool deck overlooking the canal, with a heated pool perfect for entertaining. The backyard includes fun activities such as 2 kayaks, 1 paddleboard/kayak, corn hole, outdoor fire pit, sitting by the dock and watching the fish jump, bbq grill, & outdoor dining, and two chaise lounges to soak up the sun!

Pompano is a South Florida beach town that has something for everyone! The newly renovated Pompano Pier is where you'll find shops, restaurants, fishing pier, picnic areas, beachfront kids park & lawn area. Pompano is known mostly for its beautiful beaches but also known for sport fishing, boating, snorkeling, diving, & golfing.

Only 12-minute drive to the beach, 25-minute drive to downtown Fort Lauderdale, 50 minutes to South Beach Miami, 25 minutes to Fort Lauderdale International Airport.

The front circular driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. The neighborhood is close to the beach and restaurants.

The home is located in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood.

There is no formal dining area in the home. Areas to eat are the kitchen island, large reversible table in the game room with bench seating, and the outdoor dining areas. 
The home is 1335 sq ft. and sleeps 6 comfortably and up to 8 with 3 queen beds in 2 bedrooms, a premium mattress pull-out queen sofa bed in the living room, and a premium mattress full sized futon in the game room.

Pools are serviced weekly. Being outdoors and unscreened, leaves and small debris may blow into the pools between service but this will not necessitate additional cleanings. A pool net is provided if leaves cause any inconvenience in between cleanings.

Regularly scheduled property maintenance such as pool, lawn, pest control, etc. may come to provide routine services to the exterior during stays. Pool service is typically Wednesday mornings, Pest control is typically the 3rd Thursday of every other month, and lawn service days vary and are typically 2-3 times per month. Maintenance days/times are subject to change without notice.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
