With all the comforts of a home, this house includes linens, towels, blankets, a washer-dryer, flat screen smart tv's in bedrooms & living room, high-speed WIFI,The kitchen is fully equipped with a toaster, coffee maker, blender, and all pots & pans. The house has a beautiful pool deck overlooking the canal, with a stunning pool perfect for entertaining. The backyard includes fun activities such as 2 kayaks, 1 paddleboard/kayak, corn hole, an outdoor fire pit, sitting by the dock and watching the fish jump, bbq grill, & outdoor dining, and two chaise lounges to soak up the sun!
Pool is heated and locked at 85 degrees year-round.
Only 12-minute drive to the beach, 20-minute drive to downtown Fort Lauderdale, 50 minutes to South Beach Miami, 25 minutes to Fort Lauderdale International Airport.
The large circular driveway can accommodate up to 6 vehicles. The neighborhood is close to the beach and restaurants.
The home is located in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood.
Pools are serviced weekly. Being outdoors and unscreened, leaves and small debris may blow into the pools between service but this will not necessitate additional cleanings. A pool net is provided if leaves cause any inconvenience in between cleanings.
Regularly scheduled property maintenance such as pool, lawn, pest control, etc. may come to provide routine services to the exterior during stays. Maintenance days/times are subject to change without notice.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Ninety-five percent (95.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
